We use an external whistleblowing platform provided by Vispato, designed specifically to ensure the highest level of security and confidentiality.
All reports are submitted through an encrypted, secure portal, and no identifying information is collected by default. Unless you choose to provide your name or contact details, your identity will remain completely anonymous.
Once your report is submitted, you’ll receive a personal access link and password, which are only available to you. This allows you to:

Your messages and attachments are protected with end-to-end encryption and hashing, so even Vispato cannot access their content. Not even internal staff can trace the report back to you unless you choose to identify yourself.
You are in full control of your level of anonymity throughout the process however if you prefer, you may also include your email address for direct follow-up. Your identity will remain confidential and will never be shared without your consent.
